Customer Rating: - Great Shoe Rack - Ridiculous packaging!!!
The shoe racks are great, easy to assemble, and hold lots of shoes. Can't beat the price either. I ordered 3. Now I'm ordering 2 more. The only complaint (and reason for a 4 instead of 5 rating) is the packaging. Each of the 3 came in a HUGE and separate outer box. All three could and SHOULD have been combined into one box. Reduce unnecessary packaging! Not everyone can recycle. And why all the waste?

A nice little shoe rack, but not for big boots, tennis shoes or small shoes (kids)
I can't fit my tennis shoes on the bottom rack and they are NOT HUGE SHOES, there is just not enough space between the top and bottom row.

I bought 4 of these - I kept one and my daughter and son-in-law kept the other 3. It expands to the width of 2 "normal" shoe racks. My daughter stacked two in her closet - she gave me her old shoe rack which she no longer wanted.
