It's hard to get excited about a toilet seat, but this bamboo seat with nickel hinges is just the ticket. Looks elegant, is beautifully made, easy to clean, and does its job well! I'll buy one for every bathroom in the house.

i got the bamboo toilet seat to replace a wooden one. first it is easyer to keep clean becuse unlike the wooden one it dose not absorb moister, as a toilet seat you can imagen what kind. it is as smooth as a plastic seat but not so cold on your behind as synthetic seats. also the nickle hinges do not leave a green stain on the toilet, another problem i had with wooden seats becuse they almost always come with brass hardwear. i have bamboo cutting boards as well and exspect this to be a very durabe seat, and will proby put one in the second bath as well.
