The grip heavy duty ladder is exactly what we needed and we get to high places easily without strain, and we can stand on the wide stair indefinitely without feeling hurried because it's wobbley and doesn't feel safe. But I really loved the care this seller had when the first ladder arrived bent at the bottom. He sent me a new one, and I sent him pictures of the damage. I was perfectly willing to send the damaged one back, but he said no, and to try to get it repaired, and just this weekend the guy next door took a 25 pound weight and knocked the legs almost back into shape. So now we have one that's perfect, and one that's only slightly handicapped! Thank you Grid!
