Good for my needs
I actually bought this do use with another exercise DVD other than the ones it comes with and it does the job. It was easy to inflate and doesn't smell like I read on other reviews of other balls. I chose to order this one over others because for the price, it was worth getting the additional DVD's than just a ball.

Ball in Kit was Wrong Size
I do not know if this is a good workout or not as the ball is WAY too small for me to use. I purchased the kit according to the suggested height guidelines. This size ball is supposedly for people to a height of 5'11". I am 5'8" but the ball was so small that my knees were up in the air, precluding me from the nice right angle that is modeled. I was uncomfortable and couldn't do the exercises properly because the ball was too small. Unfortunatley, I had the kit for 4 months before I opened it so the opportunity to exchange the kit has passed. I am perturbed that I will have to buy another ball in a larger size in order to see if the program will work for me. My advice -- don't believe the size recommendation and try it our IMMEDIATELY if you do purchase so you can return it if necessary.

Good product!
The ball was easy to inflate with the hand pump... it took about 15 minutes. I have had the ball over a month now and it does hold air very well.

Love it
I love this balance ball set. The ball is very sturdy feeling unlike a few I've owned previously. The dvd's are challenging but managable. The pump is much better than others I've seen.
