Unfortunately the picture at Amazon showed a lawnmower: "Gaiam 14-1087 Push Reel Mower, grass catcher," so I thought I was getting a mower. A "grass catcher" arrived without a mower! Imagine my surprise. After kindly communication with the company I am mobilizing the paper work to send it back. I bought quickly because of a good price & a picture of a mower: my mistake but a misleading ad!

I ordered this product because the picture that was on the screen was of a lawn mower, with alot of other lawn mowers. There wasn not a picture of a grass catcher for the lawn mower at all in the entire picture. It was bad advertisement and I sent the item back and am still awaiting my refund. I called into the Gaiam office and they passed the buck and responsibility on to Amazon.com. I have had good experience with Amazon.com until now. I believe that if an item is advertised with other lawn mowers and there is a picture of a lawn mower then it ought to be a lawn mower that is being sold!
