Customer Rating: - Too sludgy for my taste...
This coffee was strong, but also bitter and coarse. It somehow gave me the impression I could CHEW it! Maybe that's Emeril's version of the New Orleans preference... but I do not recommend it. Customer Rating: - enticing morning brew
Emeril's Big Easy Bold coffee makes it easier to get out of bed in the morning. I start thinking about having a cup the moment my eyes open and, before I know it, my feet have hit the floor. Later, when I'm ready to go to work, I make another cup to take with me because I prefer its taste to any coffee I could buy on the way. Big Easy Bold has spoiled me.

I like a dark roast and a good strong cup of coffee. Big Easy Bold delivers.

After finding so many of the K-cup varieties to be too weak, I went the My K-cup route for a while. Part of the joy of owning a Keurig, though, is not having to deal with the mess and clean-up of loose coffee grounds.

Diedrich's French Roast and Newman's Own are also excellent, but this one is just one tick darker that makes all the difference for me.
