Amazon.com:
You need power, but you don’t want to hoist a ton. Here’s the answer. DeWalt’s revamped 18-volt compact drill/driver delivers on both counts, with a 1/2-inch chuck that grips beefy bits, an 18-position adjustable clutch, and a high-performance motor for the torque you need, packaged in a truly lightweight, comfortable drill. The variable speed has a high and low range for any application, and the reverse switch is right above the curved trigger for easy access. The included charger juices up a spent battery in an hour. We especially like the light weight, even more so because it doesn’t cost in the power department. Lots of pluses: on-board bit storage, two batteries, hard case. We think contractors will be pleased with this drill, especially after a long day.--Kris Jensen-Van Heste

Customer Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Drill ok
if it's as good as my last dewalt I will be pleased. I haven't opened the box yet.

Customer Rating: 3 out of 5 stars - We have 12 of these
The drill is great
The chuck is garbage
They will drive quite a few 4" screws before they start smoking. Even after they do the seem to keep running. Only one burned out so far.

The problem with all Dewalt 18V is why by the batteries for $120 when you can buy a charger 2 batteries and the drill for the same price.

I walked into HD the other day and the had the Flashlights on sale for $99 with two batteries and a charge so I bought all they had in the store.

Customer Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Great cordless drill ....still going strong!
Great product has survived many drops and is my first choice as the handiest tool in my shop!

Customer Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - dewalt1/2"Drill
DeWalt DC759KA Heavy-Duty 18-Volt Ni-Cad 1/2-Inch Cordless Drill/Driver Kit A little heavy when useing overhead.But otherwise a very good drill/driver,the batteries last a long time between charges.
