I was excited about the price of this product for an interesting shape sink. However, I received the first sink and I could immediately tell it was in multiple pieces. I opened it anyway to see that there was basically no packing inside. There were none of the airpacks that Amazon usually uses, only a small amount of paper around it.

Amazon processed the return and sent me another. It came and sounded intact, but I opened it and again there was no packing material. It was cracked on 2 sides all the way to the drain.

I called Amazon and they told me maybe I should find another place to buy the product from! Some of the worst customer service I've even been a part of.

This is a great sink at a fantastic price...A good as kohler but way cheaper...

Product arrived intact and on schedule. The rectangular shape is uncommon and the price was a good value. The underside of the sink is an unglazed putty color; the visible portion is glazed white.
