This is a great sleep sack, but it is a bit dfficult to put on a sleeping baby. I would probally buy it again, but woould also look into ones with a different cf closure

The best product for cold nights. A blanket alternative.
This product is great because it is thick enough so the baby stays warm, but thin enough so they don't overheat. Also, I like the sleeveless better than the ones with sleeves, because they make the baby much hotter. This is the larger version; my baby is now 8 months old, and he will still have many more months of use out of it before he is too big.

Helps kids sleep!
It has taken me this long (we just had our third child) to buy one of these. They're soft, have a great double zipper feature and honestly seem to aide her sleep--she started sleeping eleven hours at 8 weeks, much earlier than my other two. You can pair it with warmer items underneath for colder weather. An excellent buy--the only caveat is that my child is very tall and we had to move her out of the smaller one at three months. Just the same, you can always leave the bottom zipper undone.

Roomy and Practical
I ordered the 6-18 month size when my daughter was only 3 1/2 months old, since my experience with the smaller size Halo was that she was already too big. Well...this one is pretty big and I think it would be too big for a newborn as the neck might go up over their face. This was borderline for my baby and she quickly grew into it so it worked out fine. I love the lightweight cotton layers - great for cool summer nights. I could pair this with a long-sleeve onesie which made it easy to change the baby at night. The outside is regular cotton and the lining is some sort of thin thermal cotton that isn't too hot. I plan to purchase a few of the fleece Cloud b bags come wintertime.
