Customer Rating: - A real money saver (maybe).
The installation instructions weren't all that great, but our furnace maintenance guy told me which wires from the old unit went with which terminals on this unit. Once it was installed, it was easy to program, and change the settings from season-to-season. Given that our electrcity rates here on Long Island are the highest in the country, and that our 20-year old house doesn't have heating/cooling zones, it is nice to see the electric bills go down over what they were before we put this in. (Of course, the new insulation, flourescent bulbs in place of incandescent, new doors and windows, sleeping with a quilt, and replacing air filters, also help.)

This is a great product! It's not quite as easy to program as they make it sound but I was still all set up in about 15 minutes or so. This is only the second day I've had it installed and with the "Clean Cycle" feature cycling the fan on and off automatically, the temperature throughout the house is already way more even and no more stuffy rooms! I would highly recommend this product!

Far less in cost then the major competitor but same functions. Recommended to family and friends.

I have been using it for a few months. The clean fan control is a great feature, but is disable when using gas heat. In there manual they want to leave fan control up to the gas furnace, but what dose it matter if the the stat requests the fan at the same time as the burner unit? The burner unit will still look after the after run if the stat drops the fan signal, maybe not all burner units are the same...

I main reason I chose this thermostat was for the ability to program minimum fan run times per hour. That's a great feature that keeps the air periodically circulating even when the AC or heat is not required. Installation was simple and the unit seems very well built. After several months of ownership I would recommend this thermostat.
