Editorial Product Review:Amazon.com Product Review:These scissors offer way more cutting power than just about anyone can muster with muscle alone, and best of all, it’s effortless. You can’t help but love a product that makes life so much easier, especially for folks who suffer from arthritis.
You can cut nearly anything with these, from delicate pattern paper to sheet vinyl flooring and window screening, with just the press of a button. Our favorite job for these, though, is to easily slice into that impossible-to-open, hard plastic packaging that seems to be on most everything these days. It’s no match for these scissors.
When power scissors first came out, there wasn’t too much concern about ergonomics, but we know so much more these days about how important that is. Black & Decker’s made this power tool a treat for the body to use, with a nice cushy grip, super light weight and no force needed.
One charge will keep you cutting for 70 minutes, and then you just plug it in and charge it again. There’s no end to what you can use these power scissors for – gift wrapping, sewing, scrapbooking, decorating, jobs around the house, crafts, clipping coupons.

Fabulous scissors!!!!
I love these! I have arthritis in my hands, so using regular scissors can be difficult, even on paper. These things zip through everything. I use them to cut a lot of cardboard to use when I ship stuff in envelopes, to keep them rigid and to protect the items inside. I tried them on fabric, but they didn't work well for that, but I understand there's another model with a blade especially for fabric, so I'll be looking for that one soon.
The charge lasts for a long time and this is easy to hold, even in my small, weak hands. I'm buying some for my mom this Christmas, since she has gimpy hands, too.

Great scissors for tough jobs
These are great scissors to use if you want to save wear and tear on your hands when tackling tough tasks. I bought them specifically because I needed to cut several templates out of thick plastic. I thought at first they were too delicate for the task but they worked like a champ. Saved me several hours of work. Don't know how long they will last but they did the job I bought them for. They work great for cutting open the blister packs that many items are packed in today.

Not at all up to par
My wife bought these for me as I have great difficulty doing some tasks with pain in my hands, She was hoping this would relieve the problem of using the scissors. The scissors are comfortable and easy to handle, However they are worthless at cutting. Paper just flops and bends between the blades, There is not enough tension to hold the paper tightly
