Item works very well and one charge of the battery lasts a relatively long time. I had to remove the guard in order to have more than 2.5" of string actually cutting at once.

I am not sure how to answer this. Do not know if it is my problem or
the Stringers. Have trouble with the string breaking. Glad it is easy
to reload. Is light weight and easy to use for the most.

This trimmer is not for doing large areas but does a fine job around my house. I love not having the cord or the gas or the noise! Remember the right tool for the right job!!
