Great for Small Jobs
This cultivator is perfect for the homeowner. It works great around trees, planting shrubs or flowers, loosening soil. If you have a lot of clay in your soil, this is ideal.

Surprised at how good this thing works!
I purchased this B&D Cultivator this spring intending on using it for replanting grass. I used Roundup on my "weedy" grass areas, then used this little unit to till it up to prep for seeding. This things has worked great, and I've put it through a lot of work. I just finished up tilling up a good portion of lawn with this thing. With the ground a little damp, this little cordless unit just rips up the old grass and leaves dirt loosened up for seeding! As others have mentioned, this thing works long enough on a charge that I'm ready for a little rest when it is.

Great Tool for the Small Gardener
First, this is not a tiller. If you are looking for a cheap-alternative to buying a tiller this is not it. However, if you are looking for a handy cultivator or a powered "Garden Weasel" this is a dream come true. I charged it and was using within 24 hours of purchase.
Not overly large so you can weed in the tightest of spots. No cord so you can get in anywhere without either tripping over cords or damaging plants with cords.
Actually cords vs cordless is an ongoing debate at our house. Cordless has its advantages on this tool (mentioned above) with the only downside being that it isn't just plug and go, but has to be charged for a few hours before use.
