Works as promised. Appreciate having my cordless securely attached to my belt when I'm up on the ladder. It doesn't make your toolbelt wider when going through doors as the holster does. Only gripe is when you take your toolbelt off it unhooks and you have to put it back on when you wear the toolbelt again

Customer Rating: 1 out of 5 stars - buyer beware
I thoroughly tested the bigg lugg 2 for about two weeks and the bottom line is, the product is a great concept but in reality does not work well at all. The bungees stay wrapped around your tool and the holder stays on your belt. the bungees on the tool
had to be adjusted to fit the tool into their tool cases, which became a headache real fast. I tested the bungees on makitas 14.4v impact driver, milwaukees v28 hammer drill and the paslode
angled finish nailer. On all but the finish nailer the bungee was always in the way of my normal grip on the tool, you grip the tool and the bungee becomes part of the grip handle-very uncomfortable.

The manufacturer recomends that for lefties you position the ball to the right and for righties the opposite. This does not work well at all as positioning the ball anywhere but the dead back of the tool forces the tools bit to dig right into your leg as it hangs, and dead back position prevents you from gripping the tool, also if you ever switch hands for use,the ball prevents you from grabbing the tool and you have to swing the ball to the other side of the tool, not at all user friendly.

That was enough to nix this product for me but there is more.
You will notice that with the bungees your tool swings to and fro as you walk to the point of annoyance, especially with the paslode nailer attached, and dont jump or hop over anything the ball will pop right out of the holder and let your tool come crashing to the ground.

As I said earlier when the day is over you will need to re-position the bungees to get your tools to fit in their cases.

I went back to big lugg 1 "the hook" it is far superior in function to the bungees.

Customer Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Fantastic
This is a great doo-dad; it works perfectly (as opposed to the original hook, which I could never seem to find with the tool, couldn't seem to get the tool off of, and was always falling off or getting hooked on something). One initial problem I had with it was that I didn't like the space it takes on cordless drill/driver handles. Solution was to replace the drill strap with the bungee. To make it perfect I shortened the bungee length about 2 1/2" by popping the red cap off, pulling the bungee ends out and recrimping one end shorter (hack the cord out of the crimp and enlarge it by driving a punch into it). Now the drill/driver doesn't wack my thigh.

Customer Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Great for a DIY carpenter too!
Have been re-modeling my kitchen and using the Bigg Lugg 2 belt clip for weeks now. What a great product! Easy to use and doesn't get in the way of tight spaces.

I wrapped the bungee cords on three tools and just left on permanently. One on a 14v cordless drill, one on a stapler, and one on a caulk gun. You can even hold smaller tools if you put a knot in the bungee to tighten it up.

I received my first Bigg Lugg 2 via a trade show, and I know the company has more products coming (see my review of their Ladder Lugg). Now I'm ordering another, and maybe soon, more bungees.

As a non-professional carpenter, I need all the help I can get. This system makes every job, go smoother.
