I love the workout dvd that comes with it - but the ball developed a slow leak after only a few uses. Very disappointed with this product!

The Best Form of Exercise there is, in my opinion!!
I have bought tons of tapes to exercise with plus a few pieces of different types of equipment. This body ball by far has been the best!! It did take a little bit of time to air up with the foot pump that comes with it. But it is the best exercise that I have ever done. We all know that exercise has got to be fun to keep doing it. Or we will get bored and quit! Well this is fun!!! Plus I can already tell the difference in my tummy and body with only doing it 4 times. The dvd that comes with it is just great--that is how I use my body ball--I use the dvd.
It is a well rounded workout--you get a good little sweat going to burn those calories and build your cardio. Plus I have always had trouble with my inner thighs(mine is genetic, flabby lil spots on my inner thighs) this body ball exercise for inner thighs is a killer. You feel it and can tell afterwards--your skin firms up fast!! And my tummy is another spot I dont like and I can already tell the difference.
You won't even know that the dvd is 30 mins long. It is so fun that it goes by without you even knowing it. I just got mine a few days ago and I have used mine every day.
I realize everything works differently from person to person. But I have definitely found my way to get back in shape and it is fun!!
Plus also, I have a bad back and it has not bothered it yet. All my other tapes I use, end up throwing my back out with all the aerobic twisting & jumping. But this has not- so far. And I dont think it will.

This ball is a lot of fun!
I got this ball because I want to lose weight and get in better shape. I also think it's fun to bounce on! This Bell body ball comes with a foot pump and a video led by Mindy Mylrea. I like the video a lot and have been using it with the body ball regularly, but the pump needs work. Ours broke before we finished pumping up the ball, so we had a hard time getting it completely inflated-- I think one of the valves came loose. Other than that, though, I've really enjoyed using this product. Bouncing on the ball makes me feel like a kid again and when I work out seriously with the ball, I can definitely feel the progress. This is a cost effective way to get back in shape.
