Amazon.com Review:
Clean up yard debris and remove waste with the help of this heavy-duty yard and garden cart from Agri-Fab. With a 300-pound load capacity, the cart transports loads of compost and soil for new plots or shrubs, flowers, and young trees for planting with ease. The cart is even strong enough to carry freshly chopped firewood to the back porch for storage.

The garden cart features sturdy wood construction with galvanized steel edging for extra support. Strong steel legs stabilize the cart to contents from spilling while loading. The handle is crafted with long steel tubes. For simple dumping, a panel on the front of the cart can be pulled out. The cart’s two 20-inch diameter pneumatic tires with 3/4-inch axles traverse gardens, fields, and sidewalks without difficulty. The garden cart offers up to 7 cubic feet of space. Assembly is required. A limited one-year warranty may be available for this item. Upon shipping, the garden cart measures 43 by 27 by 5 inches and weighs 68 pounds. --Jessica Reuling

Customer Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Great garden cart
The cart was delivered promptly to my door. I put it together in about an hour, and it was ready to go. The huge wheels make it easy to travel over all the different kinds of terrain we have on the property. Having the dump feature with the sliding front panel is terrific.
It's wider than my wheelbarro so it won't make it through a couple of my gates.I have to take the long way around to get to the side yard.

Customer Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - This Little Cart Can Do The Job
Got the Agri-Fab 7-Cubic Foot Garden Cart to replace an old, worn-out garden cart. It's smaller and a bit more cheaply made, but came at a much lower price. Thanks to the earlier reviewer who suggested adding washers at the screw heads on the inside of the cart, it is fairly sturdy. Though smaller, it's big enough for gardening chores on our flower and vegetable beds. I'd never call it a farm cart, but it's a decent, little garden cart.

Customer Rating: 1 out of 5 stars - below average quality and a terrible odor out of the box
This gardenway knock off is of elow average quality and had apparently been fumigated or treated somehow inside the container or box, with a not very healthy odor that had to be aired out for 10 days before assembly.
Wierd green color of the plywood not apparent in photos. Look further for a better product.

Customer Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - A Pretty Decent Yard/Garden Cart
I was in need of a yard/garden cart for hauling wood, brush, gardening stuff, etc. as the wheelbarrow doesn't work that well in all situations. I read all the reviews I could find on this cart; some pro, some con, and decided to go for it. So far so good.

The assembly wasn't bad. The instructions were fairly explanatory and straightforward, and all the hardware was included. The welds on the metal parts were decent and the paint job was good on all parts. I decided to add flat washers to each bolt on the inside (against the plywood) to ensure that they didn't dig into or pull through the wood, and to provide a tight, solid hold. It helped to have an awl handy for lining up the holes when mounting metal frame pieces to the wooden sides and bottom. Assembly time was probably an hour.

I wouldn't call this cart "heavy duty" but it certainly seems adequate for a good workout on our homestead. I have found it to be a pretty tough and versatile so far, at least for home use. I have used it for hauling firewood, brush, and yard waste, and it easily handles a hefty load. It seems pretty well balanced so it isn't too heavy on the handle when pushing/pulling loads. I am glad I didn't get the 14 cubic foot cart that I see is available; I think it would be too big (and heavy) for many projects, and more difficult to navigate in wooded areas.

Time will tell how it holds up, but the workmanship seems decent (especially considering its origin-China) and I wouldn't hesitate to get another one if needed. It sure beats pushing the wheelbarrow around. I would probably give it a 5-star but I haven't had it long enough to make that endorsement.

Gourmet Food - Reviews

We've covered in too much detail how it's some sort of "open season" on Vonage when it comes to VoIP patents. After dealing with ridiculous and expensive patent lawsuits from companies who failed to actually innovate in the same way Vonage did, the company was pressured by Wall Street to quickly settle the various patent lawsuits filed against the company. Of course, rather than settle matters, that simply opened the door for other companies to go searching through their patent portfolios to see if there was anything they could sue Vonage over. Indeed, following those settlements it didn't take long for AT&T to dig up a patent and sue -- which was quickly settled as well. Thought things were over? No such luck. Nortel just showed up last month to sue and it took all of about a week and a half for Vonage to settle that case as well.

The Nortel case is slightly different because Vonage actually already had a patent infringement lawsuit going against Nortel, but it wasn't really initiated by Vonage. Instead, it had been initiated by a patent holding firm that Vonage bought in 2006. The end result of the settlement doesn't involve money changing hands, but just a cross licensing agreement for the patents. So what's the big lesson that Vonage and others have learned from this? It's certainly got nothing to do with innovating. It's to hoard as many patents as possible so that you have your own nuclear stockpile for when someone else sues you. Want to know why the USPTO is overwhelmed? It's not because there aren't enough examiners (as some will claim) or that there aren't enough funds. It's because the way the system now works is that you are supposed to file patents on every tiny little advancement so you can use it to protect yourself against lawsuits from everyone else. That's not about innovation. It's about waste. In the meantime, since it's still open season at Vonage, who's going to be next? There are a ton of other patents in the VoIP space that can surely be used in a lawsuit, right?
